Questions About Ceiling & Attic Fan Install

Do you install attic fans?

Yes. We install new attic fans and replace old ones. An attic fan pulls hot air out of the attic, which takes some of the load off your AC in the summer.

Can you replace a light with a ceiling fan?

Yes. Light-to-fan swaps are common. We put in a fan-rated box and brace it so the fan hangs solid and does not wobble.

Why does my ceiling fan wobble?

Most wobble comes from a loose box or blades that are out of balance. We brace the box and balance the fan so it runs smooth and quiet.

Do you run new wiring or circuits?

We install fans on the wiring that is already there. For panel work and new circuits we will point you to a licensed electrician.

Do you give free estimates?
